📋 Description

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of managed services and ensure timely resolution of client issues • Provide support to the Oracle EPM managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution • Maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and ensure satisfaction • Monitor service performance metrics and assist with continuous improvement strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery and systems integration • Stay current with Oracle EPM updates and industry trends • Assist in managing service level agreements and complying with contractual obligations • Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to senior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise and hands-on experience with incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, related to FCCS (must have); EPBCS, ARCS, or Profitability (PCM) preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle EPM Financial Close services or similar roles • Good knowledge of Oracle EPM modules and functionalities • At least one Oracle EPM certification (level 2 support) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong organizational and time management skills • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service • Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
