📋 Description

• Monitor EDI requests and ensure timely responses by gathering necessary information, addressing questions, and providing appropriate layouts/file formats • Act as liaison between Account Management, internal EDI resources, and third-party partners • Coordinate activities and facilitate automated EDI processing • Participate in pre- and post-sales calls with brokers and customers • Advise on onboarding approach compatibility with automated EDI processing and recommend changes enabling automation • Implement standard inbound file feeds for new customers and ongoing maintenance requests, including demographic/eligibility files • Coordinate file configuration validation and successful initial and ongoing file transmission and processing • Provide ongoing file support to installed customers, including Level 2 technical troubleshooting • Serve as a testing resource for strategic initiatives • Expedite resolution of escalated file issues with third-party benefit administration partners • Research root causes and recommend process/file-format improvements • Identify, recommend and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives • Support change management and departmental/enterprise initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 0–1+ years of experience in EDI setup and automation directly aligned to the role, or 1+ years of experience in Group Protection in customer-facing roles directly aligned to the role • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Demonstrated strong customer service experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Ability to apply probability, statistics, modeling, percentages, ratios, proportions, averages and variances to practical solutions • 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; 4 years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt as needed
