📋 Description

• Provide the Sales Division with proposal preparation and in-depth analysis of engineering and design • Prepare technical quotations for Low Voltage and Medium Voltage switchgear projects by analyzing requirements and costs • Develop cost estimates covering raw material, labor, equipment, and tooling costs • Identify, assess, and quantify cost uncertainties in costing models • Update estimates and pricing based on scope changes, revised specifications, and new information • Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Procurement throughout the quotation process • Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, bid documents, and RFQs • Prepare and submit quotation packages and proposals in response to customer RFQs • Obtain and provide buyout-item pricing from approved vendor partners • Analyze RFQ documentation and summarize requirements, risks, and project details • Communicate critical project information to support quotation accuracy and completeness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering • 3+ years of experience electrical equipment manufacturing • Experience in reading single line diagrams, panel schedules, and specifications • Expert knowledge of LV/MV switchgear • Experience with technical proposals & quotations in electrical equipment manufacturing • Excellent computer, communication, and organizational skills • Intermediate knowledge with automation & control and metering solutions • Travel required during on-boarding and training periods; 3–6 months with up to 25% travel during that time
