📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven engineering applications supporting Order, Applications, and Design Engineering functions • Develop and deploy agentic AI applications to streamline engineering workflows • Design and implement automated wiring system tools to reduce manual engineering effort and improve accuracy • Build generative AI applications using commercial LLMs for BOM generation, technical documentation, and design tasks • Lead on-site implementation and deployment of AI tools across engineering teams and facilities • Partner with Engineering leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for engineering teams adopting AI-enabled workflows • Report directly to the VP of Engineering • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, and Operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in Order Engineering, Applications Engineering, or Design Engineering • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks • Demonstrated experience creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) • Hands-on experience developing agentic AI applications • Working knowledge of commercial LLM platforms • Ability to travel up to 25% for on-site implementation and deployment • Ability to navigate manufacturing floor environments during site visits • Occasional lifting of equipment up to 15 lbs
