📋 Description

• Pioneer AI-driven solutions that enhance care navigation and PBM services • Lead rapid prototyping cycles and transform concepts into production features • Architect and implement full-stack solutions using Node.js, React, TypeScript, Ruby, GraphQL, and Postgres • Drive technical decisions independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams • Build and maintain scalable, production-grade systems handling sensitive healthcare data securely and reliably • Establish technical standards and best practices for AI integration across the platform • Mentor team members and contribute to the engineering culture

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production applications at scale • Versatile full-stack engineering experience • Ability to drive technical decisions independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Ability to build scalable, production-grade systems handling sensitive healthcare data securely • Effective communication of complex technical concepts to diverse audiences • Experience with Node.js, React, TypeScript, Ruby, GraphQL, and Postgres • Experience designing and implementing AI/ML features in production environments (extra credit) • Experience optimizing LLM implementations and prompt engineering (extra credit) • Background in healthcare technology or HIPAA compliance (extra credit)
