📋 Description

• Design and implement voice and digital AI self-service solutions for large contact centers using Gemini Enterprise CX and Agent Development Kit (ADK) • Design multi-agent orchestrations using Reasoning and Acting (ReAct) frameworks • Lead architect for Google GECX, Gemini Enterprise, and ADK projects, including CI/CD, technical design, and solution requirements • Translate high-level architecture into technical implementation designs • Integrate AI agents with backend systems using REST/SOAP APIs for real-time data retrieval and execution • Build and implement solutions using Gemini AI, Cloud Run/GKE, Cloud Functions, API Gateway, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and IAM • Collaborate on fluid, LLM-driven conversation specifications • Lead unit, system, and functional testing of agentic code, focusing on prompt engineering and hallucination mitigation • Guide clients through the full life cycle of implementing Gemini-powered solutions • Serve as a lead to the Google delivery practice

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of overall architect experience • 4+ years with Dialogflow CX • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud CCAI/CES, including Agent Assist and Conversational Insights • Deep knowledge of Gemini AI (Pro/Flash and 3rd party models) and grounding techniques for Enterprise CX • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Apigee, and complex backend data integrations • Experience managing large, multi-site contact center implementations • Proven ability to write Solution/Technical Document Designs (SDD/TDD) for IVA and Agentic applications • Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, and Node.js • Strong experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB • Experience with Google Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech services • 4-year bachelor's degree • Google Professional Cloud Architect or Machine Learning Engineer certification is a major plus; badge completion is required • Experience managing and guiding developers or staff • Passion for pioneering and innovating in the AI space and drive for career growth
