📋 Description

• Maintain pricing models, data inputs, and dashboards for pricing reviews • Manage price changes from approval through launch, including IT coordination, system updates, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communications • Monitor pricing compliance and resolve discrepancies and governance gaps with stakeholders • Track pricing and margin KPIs • Lead performance reviews with senior leaders • Ensure pricing initiatives deliver expected value • Update pricing processes, templates, and approval matrices • Serve as pricing subject matter expert for Sales and Finance on complex deals • Strengthen governance and reporting for pricing, discounts, rebates, and commercial terms • Improve pricing data quality and availability • Support broader organizational data modernization

🎯 Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship • Experience with sales and product data across ERP, CRM, quoting, and SQL systems • Salesforce preferred • Proficiency in Excel reporting, including pivot tables and Power Query • Proficiency in Power BI dashboards • Track record of independently developing processes, tools, or reporting • Experience on global, remote-first teams • Background in B2B industrial manufacturing and/or small-to-midsize companies • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Commitment to data accuracy • Process ownership, including documentation and governance • Clear communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to influence without formal authority • Accountability and continuous improvement mindset
