📋 Description

• Identify, prospect, and onboard individual clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach • Conduct deep-dive assessments of clients' financial situations, goals, risk tolerance, and life stages • Tailor customized insurance and financial solutions • Evaluate client liability and legacy goals • Recommend and place appropriate life, disability, and critical illness insurance policies • Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients • Adapt clients' financial plans to life changes, economic shifts, and evolving goals • Help individuals and families secure and protect their futures through comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and tailored life insurance strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development • Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce Cloud or similar platforms • Experience with sales automation tools is a plus • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and persuasively over the phone • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively, close deals, and manage customer relationships with professionalism and confidence • Familiarity with sales technology adoption, including outbound calling strategies and sales automation technologies • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of motivation, work ethic and organization
