📋 Description

• Own technical hiring end to end, focusing on Engineering, Product, Design, and more • Define role requirements, align on the talent bar, and present well-calibrated candidate slates • Map talent across developer tools, infrastructure, and security companies • Build active and passive candidate pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, and open source communities • Run a fast, rigorous interview process • Structure and negotiate offers and guide candidates through to close • Track funnel metrics to identify issues early and improve hiring processes • Use and build AI tools across sourcing, outreach, and screening • Shape recruitment marketing and nurture campaigns communicating Infisical’s story to prospective engineers • Work closely with the CTO and engineering team leads

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally at high-growth startups • Proven success hiring in niche, competitive technical talent markets, with hires attributable to your own outreach • Strong technical literacy; comfortable discussing infrastructure, distributed systems, and developer tooling with engineers • Exceptional attention to detail and clear, compelling written and verbal communication • Bias toward action; able to make decisions with incomplete information, iterate quickly, and take calculated risks • Experience with Ashby • Based in the US or Canada • Nice to have: experience recruiting for developer tools, infrastructure, or security companies • Nice to have: experience as an early recruiter, building recruiting processes and systems from the ground up • Nice to have: hands-on experience coding or building AI tools in your recruiting workflow • Nice to have: familiarity with open source communities and developer-led hiring channels • Nice to have: previous founder or startup experience
