📋 Description

• Provide remote web-based and telephone disease-state and product education and training to assigned patients and care partners • Provide culturally appropriate education, training, and support to English- and Spanish-speaking patients, caregivers, and care partners • Conduct in-person education if business permits • Support the design and development of therapeutic-area educational resources and programming • Identify, support, and communicate unique educational opportunities for related products • Share clinical intelligence with leadership • Contribute clinical insights to short- and long-term enhancement of program offerings • Conduct outbound medication-adherence support • Enroll patients and caregivers in educational seminars • Provide resources for local community resources and centers of care • Maintain quality and customer service while adhering to talking points or scripts • Leverage live video conferencing software and client-specific websites • Use only approved Inizio Engage or client materials • Complete required training courses and competency assessments • Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers • Travel overnight as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Current Registered Nurse US healthcare professional license required • Fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal, required • Ability to communicate complex clinical and healthcare information effectively in both languages • Ability to travel in the US, including overnight travel • Minimum of 3 or more years of combined clinical experience and/or pharmaceutical sales, clinical educator, or medical affairs experience • Experience working in a remote setting handling patient interactions • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record • Effective and professional communication • Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant telephone manner and articulate phone voice • Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology • Demonstrable organizational skills • Continual professional development and desire to regularly update professional knowledge base
