📋 Description

• Execute programmatic compliance reviews and observational quality assessments using ITERS, FCCERS, and HOVRS tools • Produce accurate compliance review reports documenting findings according to strict quality standards • Conduct virtual preparation meetings with grantees explaining the monitoring process, documentation requirements, and instructions • Collect, evaluate, and analyze grantee data, documents, and field conditions against ISBE policies, administrative codes, and best practices • Conduct observational assessments to measure program quality • Prepare and finalize compliance and quality review reports within established timelines • Respond to grantee inquiries throughout the monitoring process • Contribute to process development, team training, and professional development seminars • Continuously refine evaluation fidelity, accuracy, and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood development or early childhood education • Master’s degree preferred • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in Early Childhood education, programs, or initiatives • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English • At least 2 years of certification or hands-on experience with HOVRS, ITERS, and PICC; certification highly preferred • Solid understanding of Early Childhood program rules, compliance, web-based compliance software, and multi-step analytical instructions • Extreme sensitivity to recording and transmitting confidential or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) • Must live in Illinois • Able to travel approximately 25% throughout Illinois
