📋 Description

• Manage a designated team of field-based On Demand Clinical Educators (ODCEs) • Demonstrate sound decision making and judgment in operational, Compliance, and Human Resources responsibilities • Support team leadership in executing program requirements • Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned ODCE team as key point person • Ensure direct reports meet or exceed project KPIs • Assess assigned territory outputs and needs using quantitative and qualitative evidence • Maintain working knowledge of CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and program technologies • Create and maintain client/Inizio reports • Prepare and verify regional reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence • Provide operational cover to the Client Account Director/Manager when required • Communicate initiatives, requirements, changes, and enhancements to direct reports • Conduct and document regular field visits and complete Field Coaching Reports • Provide ongoing coaching and performance management • Verify and validate project roster changes • Ensure direct reports have appropriate equipment and technology • Participate in client and Inizio meetings, update progress, and suggest solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience (BSN Preferred) • Active RN required • 2-3 years in field leadership/supervisory management experience • Advanced communication skills • Experience in identifying, hiring, training and developing talent • Experience in Clinical Education and patient teaching environment • Patient/provider product use, administration and/or injection training experience a plus • Experience in a specified disease state/specialty preferred • Must reside within 60 minutes of a major airport throughout the duration of the contract • Valid Driver’s License • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook • Ability to travel up to 75% within assigned region
