📋 Description

• Deliver virtual or telephonic educational support to identified patients, caregivers, Healthcare Professionals and their staff within primary care or specialist facilities • Provide inbound and outbound non-promotional disease-state educational support • Provide therapy and medical device product education, including supplemental injection training or technique support • Present virtual educational programs to Healthcare Professionals, patients, caregivers, and other identified customers • Conduct inbound and outbound medication adherence support • Enroll patients and caregivers into educational seminars and provide resources for local community resources or centers of care • Collect demographic data and disposition for product, sample, reimbursement services, and literature fulfillment • Maintain excellent quality and customer service while adhering to talking points or scripts and using live video conferencing software and client-specific websites • Use only approved Inizio or client materials • Complete required training courses and competency assessments • Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers • Facilitate development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors • Identify innovative approaches and potential partnership opportunities • Complete administrative responsibilities, including computer updates, activity reports, emails, and time reporting • Attend required local and national meetings or conferences • Maintain company equipment and materials • Comply with Inizio and client policies and procedures • Perform other requested duties

🎯 Requirements

• Current US RN License • Associates Degree/Bachelors/BSN or equivalent work related experience • Previous experience working in Pharmaceutical virtual call center environment is required • Effective and professional communication • Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption or disconnecting • Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant telephone manner and articulate phone voice • Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology • Demonstrable organizational skills • Self-starter with high personal motivation • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Evidence of continual professional development and desire to update professional knowledge base regularly • Stable, reliable, high speed home internet • Designated separate home office space that is quiet and away from distractions
