• Provides inside sales of Inogen products to Business-to-Business accounts through phone and email contact • Generates new business from target account list and incoming leads • Fields technical product questions and assures customer needs are addressed • Collaborates with Territory Account Executives to achieve sales objectives • Strives to meet or exceed goals for call volume and meaningful connections
• Associate degree or equivalent training, education, and experience • 1-3 years sales/customer service experience, preferred • Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Attention to detail • Solutions-oriented problem solver • Impeccable phone etiquette • Proven track record of successful team participation and ability to work independently • Self-motivated and able to deliver results with limited oversight
