📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain repeatable data quality testing methodologies and automated validation frameworks across client programs • Partner with Engineering and Program leadership to stand up, scale, and mature the Analytics Engineering function • Define core processes, documentation standards, and delivery frameworks • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to analytics engineering team members • Perform hands-on data work for critical projects and programs • Monitor data pipelines and warehouse architectures for accuracy, reliability, and compliance • Design, refine, and champion analytics engineering best practices and workflows • Conduct regular code reviews and enforce code maintainability, performance, and scalability best practices • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Analytics Engineering for internal teams and external stakeholders • Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data or analytics engineering, with proven expertise in data modeling, transformation frameworks, and modern warehouse architectures (consulting or public sector experience a plus) • Experience coaching or mentoring technical team members, including conducting thorough code reviews and enforcing best practices • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining data quality testing methodologies and automated validation frameworks • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Ability and willingness to jump into hands-on data work to support project execution and meet complex client deliverables • Strong background in establishing engineering workflows, documentation standards, and scalable practices to elevate client delivery
