📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and commercial execution for Reporting Intelligence • Own the roadmap and prioritize AI investments delivering measurable value to finance teams • Transition AI features from bundled base-product capabilities to explicitly packaged and priced offerings • Partner with Pricing, Finance, Engineering, and AI/Platform Engineering on monetization, accuracy, trust, and data governance • Represent Reporting Intelligence in company-wide AI governance and monetization initiatives • Serve as senior authority on ERP data structures and connectivity • Sequence ERP connector investments based on customer value and broader SaaS/cloud-first direction • Validate ERP identification, configuration, and connectivity assumptions with Solutions Engineering and customers • Own SKU, packaging, and pricing readiness • Partner with Marketing and Sales on enterprise and upper-mid-market positioning and messaging • Build operating discipline for launch readiness, pipeline instrumentation, and pricing governance • Manage and develop product managers and/or product owners • Partner with the GM of Reporting Intelligence and VP of Product, Reporting & Tools on business outcomes and strategic alignment • Establish a consistent voice-of-customer practice through customer calls, demos, and advisory input

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management • 3-5+ years owning enterprise B2B SaaS products with direct bookings or P&L accountability • Hands-on product, integration, or implementation experience with ERP data models across at least two or three major ERP platforms • Genuine hands-on knowledge of ERP data models, including general ledger structures, sub-ledgers, chart of accounts, and master data hierarchies • Experience with major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle EBS/JDE, Viewpoint, MRI, Yardi, Deltek, Syspro, and Sage • Financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting domain background strongly preferred • Track record shipping AI-native or AI-augmented product capabilities • Experience with pricing, trust, and accuracy work required to move AI features from bundled experiences to monetized products • Experience selling into or building for enterprise and upper-mid-market accounts • Experience with multi-entity, multi-ERP customer environments • Ability to build commercial and operational discipline around SKUs, pricing, pipeline, and launch readiness • People leadership experience managing product managers or product owners
