📋 Description

• Oversee the promotional and community outreach ecosystem of a US-based clinical practice • Drive the client acquisition pipeline through digital marketing strategy, paid advertising, digital content, website SEO, and client nurture strategies • Manage marketing lead flows in Zoho CRM, including intake-source tracking, conversion pipelines, and customer data organization • Coordinate internal content creators and copywriters and manage social media assets, educational resources, and campaign schedules • Develop, deploy, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns targeting the US market • Collaborate on mental health and wellness content and guide email lead-nurture sequences through the CRM • Monitor website health, organic traffic, and SEO • Manage online reviews in accordance with healthcare privacy guidelines • Create recruitment campaigns for licensed US therapists, clinicians, and clinical interns • Build referral networks with medical professionals, general practitioners, school counselors, HR managers, and community stakeholders • Track partnership contacts and communications in Zoho CRM and optimize referral channels • Identify local US alliance, sponsorship, and educational workshop opportunities • Monitor KPIs including CRM data integrity, CPL, ROAS, website conversion rates, organic search growth, and referral-network output

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, mental health, wellness, or clinical business environments operating inside the US market • Strong familiarity with Zoho CRM, including managing layouts, lead scoring, deal pipelines, and views • Direct experience with advanced Zoho Automations/Workflows, Zoho SalesIQ, or Zoho Analytics dashboards is highly valued • Basic familiarity with US healthcare standards, including HIPAA considerations regarding public marketing, client reviews, and data handling • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to pitch partnerships and network with medical/clinical professionals • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, local SEO fundamentals, and email automation tools • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (U.S.), with a 1-hour lunch break
