📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of backend & full-stack engineers. • Architect scalable, reliable web applications using Python (Django/Flask), Node.js (NestJS), and Next.js. • Integrate Generative AI capabilities (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings) into real-world products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions. • Set technical standards, oversee CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system performance. • Contribute to growing the team by hiring top AI and full-stack talent.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-time software development experience. • Advanced Python (Django/Flask) and strong Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS skills. • Proficiency with Next.js and modern SSR web apps. • Understanding of Generative AI concepts (bonus). • Microservices, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and Agile practices. • Leadership and mentoring experience in a fast-paced environment.
