📋 Description

• Manage an assigned portfolio of Franchisees • Collaborate with Franchisees to set and achieve or exceed goals for sales, profits, and network growth • Coach and influence Franchise organizations to deliver consistent and safe brand experiences • Achieve operations and business performance goals set by the regional operations leader • Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review processes • Develop coaching plans and conduct regular check-ins to support Franchisee commitments • Track and interpret data and analytics to guide actions and provide recommendations • Support remodeling and new restaurant construction processes • Coordinate with construction teams, monitor milestones, and support remodels and new store openings • Facilitate communication between Franchisees and cross-functional partners • Support operations initiatives and marketing product and promotion rollouts with the Field Marketing Team • Monitor and support local, DMA, and regional marketing plans • Perform restaurant evaluations as needed • Coordinate training support with the Field Training Team • Ensure effective use of G&A expenses within regional parameters • Complete administrative functions and requirements in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum High School or GED • Minimum 5 years in supervisory management or district level multi-unit operations • Prior leadership experience • Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills; ability to effectively manage time, plan, and work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to build credibility and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to develop and execute plans to drive results • Ability to use data to inform decisions • Ability to bring people together to solve problems • Resourceful and highly adaptable to changes in direction; ability to adapt to different situations and personalities • Desire for continuous learning • Thorough understanding and knowledge of restaurant operations • Sound business and financial acumen • Skilled at consultation and strategic coaching • Compliance orientation • Big-picture orientation • Innovation and creativity • Must be willing to travel to consult with portfolio of franchisees, based upon the needs of the portfolio
