📋 Description

• Utilize instructional design and consulting skills to design training solutions supporting the business, franchises, and employees • Design e-Learning from ideation through storyboarding and development • Design and develop instructor-led training curricula, including facilitator guides and participant materials • Collaborate with field learning on implementation • Project manage and collaborate with project leads, internal clients, subject matter experts, and third-party vendors • Work independently and as a team member using discretion, critical thinking, and sound judgment • Collaborate on training communication and marketing strategy for course releases and updates • Work with cross-functional partners on training deliverables plans • Manage deliverables and project team members through delivery • Travel by car and air as needed for offsite meetings and restaurant training engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years’ experience • 5+ years demonstrable instructional design experience designing formal learning solutions in various delivery formats • Ability to conduct needs analysis to design training for specific audiences in alignment with business needs • Critical thinking and decision making, balancing creativity with business needs • Familiarity with conducting all levels of evaluation to assess training usage, impact, and ROI • Project management skills, including managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional partners, vendors, milestones, budget, and timelines • Experience applying visual design principles, scripting and directing video shoots, and managing outside contractors/vendors • Portfolio of recent work required during the interview process • Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple workstreams • Ability to work in corporate senior leadership and restaurant employee environments • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility to adapt to varied and changing systems and technologies • Self-starter with a desire to impact change and drive business and franchisee performance • Experience coaching junior team members • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems • Familiarity with authoring tools such as Storyline • Experience within QSR, retail, or general operations is a plus • Restaurant or retail management experience with training accountability is a plus
