📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end development of radar sensing architectures • Work closely with hardware engineers, embedded systems engineers, software developers, product managers, and stakeholders • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies • Conduct design reviews and partner with design and development partners to drive rigorous Design for Cost (DfX) • Provide technical guidance and mentorship • Perform RF system lineup analyses to ensure designs meet industry standards • Troubleshoot complex RF/mmWave design issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) or a related field (Ph.D. preferred) • 15+ years of relevant industry experience in RF hardware design • Strong knowledge of RF/mmWave hardware design • Expert proficiency in schematic, layout, and EM simulation flows using Cadence Allegro/Capture, Ansys HFSS, and Keysight ADS • Expertise in Tx/Rx specification flow-down, linearity, noise analysis, and IC/package co-design for high-frequency modules • Scripting experience in Python for test automation • Hands-on experience with probe stations, spectrum analyzers, and anechoic chambers for conducted and radiated (OTA) characterization at mmWave frequencies • Familiarity with module packaging technologies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities
