📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of high-performing Activation SDRs to achieve quarterly activation targets • Measure and track key business and industry trends • Conduct daily activities, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a fast-paced transactional environment. • Improve our sales process, collateral, and prospecting capabilities to make your team more effective and efficient

🎯 Requirements

• History of exceeding sales goals/quota • Experience in a sales management environment and or 3-4 years experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the advertising industry. • History of developing early career professionals • Creative problem-solver
