📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to patients and families • Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning • Lead and collaborate with care team members, including coaches and psychiatrists • Provide feedback on program curricula and training protocols • Provide feedback on applications of technology in treatment • Maintain awareness of risk management issues • Complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner • Participate in initial and ongoing training on evidence-based and technology-enhanced care delivery • Facilitate CBT-based skills or skills practice groups for parents and caregivers, integrating aspects of ACT and PMT

🎯 Requirements

• Provisional / Associate Social Work License and Masters Degree from an accredited school of Social Work, or Provisional / Associate Counseling License and Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program • Active license in Rhode Island • Graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training required • Background working with children and adolescents, with anxiety and related disorders, or preferably both • Experience and training delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, or DBT preferred • Basic computer skills and facility with and openness to new technologies • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment • Culturally responsive regarding diversity and inclusion • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Commitment to progressing toward independent licensure • Master's-level clinicians must obtain independent licensure within six months after completing supervised clinical experience and other state requirements; doctoral-level psychologists must do so within nine months
