📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Provide mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Develop treatment plans • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Support expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when required

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred and other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to use comprehensive assessments • Current full/independent clinical licensure • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Experience with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
