📋 Description

• Own requirements gathering across Finance, Operations, and other business stakeholders • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation • Run fit-gap analysis across native NetSuite features, SuiteApps, and custom builds • Lead UAT planning and execution and manage stakeholder sign-off • Maintain and prioritize the enhancement backlog • Document current-state and future-state process flows • Serve as the primary contact for NetSuite usage questions • Build custom fields, records, forms, saved searches, and SuiteFlow workflows • Write and maintain light-to-moderate SuiteScript 2.x scripts • Deploy changes through the CI/CD pipeline from sandbox to test to production using SDF and Git • Participate in code review and release processes • Partner with developers or contractors on complex integrations, Map/Reduce scripts, and heavy custom builds • Configure Advanced Revenue Management and revenue recognition rules • Build and maintain custom financial statements using Financial Report Builder • Support OneWorld consolidations, multi-currency, intercompany processes, and SuiteAnalytics reporting • Manage roles, permissions, and configuration changes • Maintain technical and functional documentation • Monitor governance limits and escalate changes requiring deeper development involvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of NetSuite experience, primarily in a functional/business analyst capacity • Working proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x, including User Event, Client, and Scheduled scripts • Familiarity with SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder • Understanding of CI/CD concepts applied to NetSuite, including sandbox/test/production promotion, SDF, Git, version control, and structured release cycles • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience running fit-gap analysis and coordinating UAT • NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant are preferred • Exposure to SuiteTalk/REST APIs or middleware is preferred • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies is preferred
