📋 Description

• Serve as the embedded enablement partner to Client Services • Build trusted relationships with practice leads and segment managers • Represent Client Services priorities in Field Effectiveness and GTM Strategy & Operations forums • Own field communications and training programming across product knowledge, industry knowledge, process and methodology, and professional skills • Deliver workshops, live sessions, asynchronous content, and certifications with subject matter experts • Own onboarding and everboarding end-to-end • Partner with Learning and Skills on ramp tracks, milestones, role cards, skills assessments, and certifications • Model AI-native working habits • Drive adoption of Intapp Celeste and AI-assisted delivery practices across project work, client communication, and knowledge management • Build manager reinforcement into every program • Measure impact on time-to-billability, time-to-go-live, delivery quality, and CSAT/tNPS • Feed field insights back to improve the standard

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or implementation, with firsthand experience inside a delivery organization • 2+ years in enablement, field effectiveness, or a learning role supporting a Client Services or technical field audience • Ability to translate complex delivery methodology into accessible training and field-ready content • Experience working in or alongside a vertical SaaS or enterprise software environment preferred • Understanding of how a delivery organization works • Intellectually curious and self-motivated • Hands-on approach • Field-first mindset • Credibility with practitioners • Proactive and scrappy approach
