📋 Description

• Advise, implement, and optimize Broadcom mainframe-related software solutions for enterprise customers • Partner with Broadcom Account Directors, Solution Architects, and partners to qualify solutions and architect customer frameworks • Build relationships across customer IT silos and map infrastructure and technical challenges • Provide technical guidance during customer decision-making and ideation stages • Lead and execute product integration demonstrations, customized trials, and proofs of concept • Present Broadcom technical benefits and competitive differentiators • Produce technical specifications, system integration instructions, and requirements documentation • Maintain expert knowledge of Broadcom Mainframe Software products • Analyze environment requirements and execute comprehensive Life Cycle Management solutions • Review and refine Endevor solution plans, upgrades, design shifts, and migration paths • Conduct hardware and software comparative evaluations • Oversee installation, configuration, and structural optimization of solutions • Provide senior-tier post-implementation support and resolve complex system issues • Advise customers on Mainframe DevOps frameworks and emerging Life Cycle Management trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline • 8+ years of related Mainframe DevOps and Endevor (or competitive solutions) experience • Deep understanding of Endevor and/or competitor solutions, including ACM, PDM, Security interface, and Quick Edit • Ability to implement or upgrade Endevor, build processors, create inventory structures, and configure life cycle elements • Proficiency with REXX and experience scripting or coding quick implementations • Firm understanding of Endevor processors and ability to use templates for program compiles and mainframe utilities such as JCL • Ability to travel to client sites • Ability to translate complex client requests into structured business needs and execution objectives • Ability to provide professional written project updates • Strong technical communication skills for knowledge-transfer sessions • Experience aligning execution with project-management communication frameworks
