📋 Description

• Own the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of agentic AI systems • Build and ship AI agents hands-on for a coordinated digital workforce • Augment internal roles involved in coordinated home care benefits management • Scale early-stage agent implementations into a coordinated, well-engineered program • Set technical direction for architecture and technology stack • Grow and lead a small engineering team as it scales • Deliver production solutions that provide measurable business value

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering and maintaining production systems • 1+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered or agentic systems that are live in production, not proof-of-concept or research-only work • Experience evaluating and benchmarking multiple third-party LLM providers/models against each other for a given use case, including accuracy, cost, latency, and consistency • Experience shaping and transforming data for optimal model consumption, including OCR/text extraction, structured-to-markdown conversion, chunking, and summarization • Experience managing context window constraints to produce consistent agent outputs • Strong experience with AWS • Experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare, financial services, insurance, or similar • Ability to navigate data privacy and compliance considerations, including PHI handling and BAAs, when integrating third-party LLM providers • Some experience leading, mentoring, or setting direction for other engineers, formally or informally
