📋 Description

• Analyze healthcare claims, utilization, authorization, membership, provider, and financial data • Identify cost and utilization trends • Evaluate performance • Support informed business decisions • Develop recurring and ad hoc analyses • Validate data and methodologies • Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for clinical, network, finance, operations, and executive stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills • Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data validation, and financial or analytical modeling • Working knowledge of healthcare claims, medical terminology, coding concepts, reimbursement methodologies, utilization measures, and healthcare cost drivers • Ability to calculate and interpret PMPM, utilization rates, unit cost, trend, variance, return on investment, and other healthcare performance measures • Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability • Commitment to data accuracy • Ability to explain technical findings clearly to both analytical and nontechnical audiences
