📋 Description

• Provide advanced support for desktop, server, and network infrastructure • Configure and maintain a variety of systems, environments, clients, and end-users • Serve as the first escalation point for Support Technicians resolving complex issues • Handle inbound phone and chat support requests • Provide support and maintenance for clients’ servers, network devices, hardware, and software systems • Provide onsite support for Managed Services clients • Act as a secondary Client Relationship Manager • Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency • Provide intermediate technical support and guidance to end-users • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in computer science or a similar field OR 2 years of IT experience preferred • Network+ Certification or Azure Administrator Associate AZ-104, or equivalent on-the-job experience • Strong infrastructure and troubleshooting skills • Valid driver's license • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
