📋 Description
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls focused on selling Medicare Advantage, PDPs, and Supplemental plans from multiple carriers • Provide client support and knowledgeable guidance during policy writing and renewal processes • Prepare and present policy and coverage options and information to clients • Maintain client records in the client management database • Address client questions and issues regarding claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates • Comply with state and CMS guidelines
🎯 Requirements
• Active resident Health Insurance License • Current Year AHIP Certification • Complete Carrier Certifications and Contracts • Adequate equipment to work from home • Proficiency with computers • Good sales background • Ability to communicate through virtual platforms • Compliance with state and CMS guidelines
