📋 Description

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from brokers, providing timely, accurate support • Assist with application status, system navigation, and general troubleshooting requests • Use multiple systems and tools to research issues, document interactions, and deliver resolutions • Apply active listening and critical thinking to determine the best outcome for each situation • Meet expectations for call quality, attendance, productivity, and schedule adherence • Maintain consistent communication with the supervisor and team • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training • Support brokers so they can effectively serve their clients

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience • Comfortable working across multiple software systems • Strong communication skills with a service-first approach • Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP • Home office setup that meets remote work requirements • Willing to complete a background check • Basic computer skills and tech knowledge • Telesales or contact center experience preferred • Familiarity with Medicare preferred
