📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to warm leads; no cold calling • Identify customer needs through effective questioning • Recommend and sell relevant services and products • Handle objections and confidently move conversations toward a close • Upsell additional products when appropriate • Meet or exceed individual sales and activity goals • Maintain accurate records across multiple systems • Discuss specific examples of quota performance, persistence, objection handling, and successful closes during the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of outbound phone sales or call center sales experience • Demonstrated history of meeting sales quotas, activity goals, or performance targets • Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls and hearing “no” without losing momentum • Strong discovery, rapport-building, objection-handling, and closing skills • Genuine empathy for customers experiencing difficult personal circumstances • Ability to adapt your approach based on customer needs and feedback • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace • Applicants must complete a short online assessment through TestGorilla before interview consideration
