Intellivo is the Recovery Intelligence Platform for health plans, TPAs, and payers. It uses a proprietary data ecosystem and a “Recovery Intelligence Engine” to detect hidden subrogation and reimbursement opportunities beyond what traditional post-pay recovery programs find, enabling recovery of paid claims without member questionnaires or contact. Intellivo offers an end-to-end, no-risk contingency model that initiates, manages, and resolves recovery cases on behalf of clients, claiming outcomes such as a 75% average annual recovery improvement, 99% client retention, and 100% of identified reimbursements with no member contact. The company serves insurance companies, self-funded employers, third-party administrators, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans, and other payer types, focused on maximizing subrogation reimbursements while minimizing member abrasion and operational lift.
