📋 Description
• Review and breakout contract form Sales • Create submittal packets • Order and distribute samples from vendor to customer • Work closely with vendors on pricing and securing material needed for each project • Set up projects in SAP software and Monday.com • Create purchase order logs for purchasers • Track all materials to ensure availability for installation dates • Set up will calls and deliveries for installers and field managers • Key orders in SAP software • Create work orders and diagrams for installers • Process installer payroll • Communicate with vendors, installers, and General Contractors
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Project Coordination, or a related field • Previous experience in the construction industry is highly preferred • Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking ability • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple distractions • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook • Reliable and self-motivated team player
