📋 Description

• Maintain accurate install schedules by incorporating customer requests and availability while considering lead time, sequencing, duration, and capacity • Forecast tentative install dates based on construction cycle times • Intake customer schedule requests through portals, email, and phone to establish installation timelines • Evaluate schedule requests based on trade sequence, duration, material lead times, and labor capacity • Communicate accepted or alternative installation dates to customers • Monitor customer schedule date changes daily • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal staff to facilitate planning, prioritization, technical issue resolution, changes, and requirements • Support scheduling needs for complex customer accounts • Complete daily activities in a timely manner with minimal supervision • Use ERP systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting • Attend required meetings and trainings • Assist with training and onboarding new Scheduling team members • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) • 1–2 years of applicable job experience preferred • Associate’s Degree / 2-year Technical School preferred • Material resource planning and/or production control experience with Systems Application Process (SAP) preferred • Bilingual experience preferred, but not required (English/Spanish) • Thorough knowledge of all available products used by the Company as it relates to product installation • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Professional-level verbal and written communication skills • Ability to negotiate agreements between parties with different perspectives • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines • Working knowledge of internet, spreadsheet, word processing, and order processing systems • Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite • Ability to commit to extended work schedules when necessary • Ability to attend required meetings and trainings • Ability to adhere to Company policies and procedures
