📋 Description

• Oversee core Operations Support functional teams, including Field Business Solutions, Billing, Contract and Amendment Management, Vendor Service Contract Management, and CMMS troubleshooting support and escalation • Manage service coordination for contract and non-contract customers • Support Field Service Engineers and customers to streamline service processes • Manage Field Support activities and ensure field personnel are informed of work orders, purchase orders, and contract status • Oversee Time and Material billing and ensure timely and accurate closure of billable work orders • Manage billing documentation and collaborate with Accounts Receivable for final billing approval • Liaise with Service Operations Management, Accounting, Sales, and IT to maintain accurate CMMS records • Monitor equipment coverage and technician/service provider assignments • Investigate and escalate CMMS issues • Participate in requirements gathering, testing, training, and promotion of continuous improvements • Manage and participate in the Operations Support Help Line • Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the job classification

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or a related field is preferred • 4+ years of employee management experience in a service-centered field • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent remote and in-person communication and people skills • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong sense of urgency and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, quality-driven, and capable of working with a team and independently
