📋 Description

• Take full ownership of building and administering Intersect’s Siteracker platform to support enterprise-wide maintenance and operational workflows • Architect how work orders, preventive maintenance programs, asset hierarchies, and field execution workflows are structured and scaled across utility-scale clean energy assets • Partner with field engineers, operations leaders, asset managers, site managers, and field technicians to translate operational needs into robust system designs and efficient workflows • Lead the greenfield design, configuration, and administration of Siteracker as the enterprise CMMS • Establish asset hierarchies, work order lifecycles, maintenance templates, and operational dashboards from scratch • Map preventive and corrective maintenance activities into Siteracker workflows • Apply best practices from SAP and Maximo to establish data governance, inventory tracking, and scheduling standards • Serve as lead administrator and subject matter expert • Deliver end-user training and technical support across operations teams • Evaluate platform usage, operational bottlenecks, and system updates to refine automation and enhance user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Operations, or equivalent practical experience • 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring, administering, and optimizing CMMS or enterprise asset management platforms • Mandatory hands-on administrative experience with Siteracker, including custom workflow development, reporting, and user administration • Prior exposure to maintenance management systems such as SAP or IBM Maximo within utility-scale energy, industrial, or infrastructure environments • Self-directed builder mindset capable of creating structured operational processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to operational excellence and cross-functional empathy aligned with Intersect’s values • Candidate located within 60 miles of one of the listed hubs
