📋 Description

• Implement established Intuitive Health design concepts and standards • Lead, collaborate with, and manage internal, external, and partner designers, professional staff, and external Architectural and Engineering resources • Enhance patient experience through collaboration with Construction and Real Estate teams • Plan, organize, and guide architectural programs and activities • Coordinate the work of Project Architects and balance multidisciplinary MEP and structural work throughout project development • Participate in governing-agency reviews for code compliance • Create conceptual drawings, site plans, and other minor illustrations as needed • Lead design work sessions during all phases of plan documents with internal team members and partner representatives • Upload SD, DD, CD, permit-approved sets, RFIs, specifications, and submittal sheets to designated software platforms • Prepare agendas and meeting minutes after design calls, capturing notes, next steps, and design status • Track project financial aspects and coordinate team effort to meet agreed schedules • Manage Design & Architecture from Schematic Design through project opening, including architecture, civil, engineering review, RFIs, and punch-list determination • Manage the design process with partners and operations teams, providing bi-weekly status, milestone, and task updates • Review, approve, and manage A&E proposals and project quotes • Track budget costs and changes for Architecture & Design budgets • Perform site visits as needed • Coordinate review of submittals, RFI responses, and specification verifications with architects and engineers • Track and address permit comments • Coordinate with Intuitive Health and health system partners on permit status and anticipated approval dates • Project-manage and coordinate with architects, MEP, civil teams, or health system partners on construction-document execution • Manage project file documentation, including quotes, plans, submittals, and related documents • Oversee the Design and CD process schedule and escalate delays • Strengthen internal and partner relations through excellence in project delivery • Perform other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field • Minimum of 4–6 years of related architectural, design, construction, or healthcare project management experience preferred • Proficiency in AutoCAD required • Revit proficiency strongly preferred • Experience reviewing architectural and construction documents and supporting project implementation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project • Knowledge of healthcare design standards, permitting processes, and construction coordination preferred • Experience supporting healthcare facility design and construction projects preferred • Ability to communicate and collaborate with operational leaders, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret architectural and construction documents • Knowledge of financial terms and principles, with ability to assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, and basic financial analysis • Experience with Smartsheets, CAD/CAFM software, and project management platforms preferred • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
