• Support Aptive's Electronic Health Record Modernization efforts under its Rapid Decision Making Contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs • Deliver timely training and reinforcement materials supporting end-user education and awareness across VHA • Lead coordination and execution of activities within the Tiered Hub Process team • Lead evaluation and data-driven decision-making activities, including defining success measures and tracking performance • Manage assigned workstreams, align teams, track dependencies, and drive execution to completion • Plan and execute work within a scaled Agile (SAFe) cadence, including authoring features and user stories, maintaining backlog health, supporting PI Planning and sprint reviews, and managing carryover and cross-team dependencies • Build, validate, and maintain performance metrics and operational dashboards • Translate ticket, workflow, and facility-level data into actionable leadership findings • Contribute to evaluation, engagement, training, and operations activities • Develop visually compelling presentations and supporting materials adhering to client branding and style guidelines • Collaborate with project leads, trainers, facilitators, SMEs, and stakeholders to clarify objectives and refine content • Facilitate working sessions, office hours, and cross-team forums with clinical, informatics, and technical partners • Brief senior stakeholders directly • Produce executive-ready MOAs, COAs, concepts of operations, project plans, strategic plans, business rules, SOPs, and leadership presentations • Manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks independently
• Bachelor's degree in a related field • Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience • Consulting experience with top-tier management consulting/federal advisory firms preferred • Experience supporting federal clients or large-scale process implementation, training, or communications programs preferred • EHR, EHRM, or clinical health experience preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required, or PMI eligibility met • SAFe Agile certification strongly preferred • Familiarity with Jira, Jira Align, Mural, and similar management tools • VA, VHA, or DoD experience with the Federal Electronic Health Record (FEHR) preferred • Familiarity with VistA/CPRS, Oracle Health, and VHA governance and escalation structures preferred • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including building charts, trackers, and data-driven briefings • Strong research and synthesis skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal direction • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust suitability determination • Residence in the Washington, DC metro area preferred to support periodic in-person client and team engagements
