📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of IT projects, including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, and change control • Lead project delivery within scope, on time, and within budget • Manage expectations and requirements of internal, partner, and customer stakeholders • Plan and implement IT solution development projects • Collaborate with delivery and sales leadership to drive business value and support Presidio’s goals • Build and maintain project schedules using relevant tools • Resolve and escalate budget, schedule, and scope issues • Oversee Scrum meetings, project meetings, and technical deep-dive sessions • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports • Liaise between business and technical project functions • Lead cross-functional, virtual, and offshore teams • Develop project plans tracking tasks, schedules, risks, and issues for project and client teams • Ensure projects align with Presidio’s strategic objectives • Act as a trusted advisor by clarifying client outcomes and shaping delivery for measurable value • Foster consultative customer partnerships and identify opportunities • Champion a customer-first approach throughout project delivery • Support the Cloud Services Project Management Office on critical, complex, enterprise-level client projects • Deliver professional services projects in Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps • Coordinate communication of timelines, KPIs, Agile Scrum standups, sprints, and delivery timelines to client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience • 7+ years of experience in IT project management and general IT consulting • Demonstrable skills across Project Management Institute methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, and Waterfall • Ability to manage Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall processes to deliver new applications and application modernization projects • Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Project • Understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Azure cloud technologies and application stacks in the cloud • PMP or similar professional certification preferred • CSM or similar professional certification preferred • AWS Cloud Practitioner or similar certification preferred • Azure Fundamentals or similar certification preferred • Experience leading projects leveraging AWS and/or Azure technologies preferred • Strong time management, analytical, communication, thought leadership, team building, motivational, and customer service skills • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and stay current with emerging technologies and tools • Demonstrated consultative mindset and ability to connect technology solutions to business outcomes • Customer-first orientation and ability to align stakeholders around client success • Passion for collaborating on company growth and development • Desire to learn new technologies, methodologies, and solutions • Adaptability to Presidio’s vision, goals, culture, and environment
