• Support the payroll process by preparing and verifying employee data. • Ensure compliance with payroll policies, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. • Assist in maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation. • Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management. • Process payroll data including hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and deductions. • Verify and reconcile payroll information to ensure accuracy before submission. • Maintain and update employee payroll records in the payroll system. • Assist with payroll audits and prepare reports as needed. • Coordinate with HR to track employee leave, benefits, and changes affecting payroll. • Support month-end and year-end payroll closing activities. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in accounting or finance preferred. • Previous experience in payroll processing or a related administrative role is a plus. • Familiarity with payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel. • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality. • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
