📋 Description
• The HRFS Consultant - Workday Payroll serves as a trusted advisor to clients by providing expertise in Workday Payroll functionality, configuration, reporting, and best practices. • This role partners closely with clients to support implementations, system optimization, issue resolution, and ongoing service delivery. • The consultant is responsible for managing project deliverables throughout the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. • This position works independently on complex client engagements while developing deep subject matter expertise in Workday Payroll and related HR and payroll processes. • Experience creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday reports is highly preferred.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 4+ years of experience in payroll, payroll technology consulting, HR technology consulting, HCM consulting, or a related field. • Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll. • Experience supporting client-facing projects, implementations, or managed services engagements. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
