📋 Description

• Build strong client relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and understanding of business goals • Lead projects from intake through delivery, including scope, schedule, creative kickoff, proofing, approvals, and final closeout • Translate campaign objectives into actionable project plans, creative briefs, timelines, and next steps • Coordinate cross-functional contributors across account management, content development, design, digital, operations, and external partners • Perform first-pass reviews of presentations, marketing content, and client deliverables • Manage integrated deliverables including email campaigns, web and landing-page content, presentations, social content, digital assets, customer stories, white papers, infographics, and sales enablement materials • Facilitate client and internal meetings, document decisions, and clarify owners and next steps • Anticipate risks, resolve roadblocks, manage scope changes, and communicate tradeoffs • Provide recommendations and options to help clients make informed decisions • Maintain project documentation and status reporting in project management and collaboration tools • Review campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and capture lessons learned • Improve repeatable processes, templates, and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing project management, account management, or integrated campaign delivery • Demonstrated success managing multiple complex programs and deliverables from start to finish • Strong client-facing communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills • Working knowledge of B2B marketing channels, content development, creative production, campaign operations, and performance reporting • Ability to connect project decisions to broader campaign, business, and client objectives • Ability to create practical schedules and budgets, manage dependencies, and keep work moving across multiple stakeholders • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and attention to detail • Confidence using Microsoft 365 and modern project management and collaboration tools, including Asana • Comfort operating and creating structure in a high-volume environment with shifting priorities and deadlines • A solution-oriented mindset, sound judgment, and a willingness to take ownership • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
