• Develop, recommend, execute and evaluate digital media plans from inception to completion • Take on a more client-facing role with moderate oversight from senior team • Attend regular client and vendor meetings, statuses and maintain ongoing rapport • Mentor and assist in the training of Associates and Negotiators • Work closely with Strategy and Comms Design teams to ensure that overall strategy is woven into all media choices • Provide partner selection recommendation and justification designed to deliver on client objectives • Develop the RFPs and oversee the submission process with media partners • Evaluate partner proposals, negotiate plan details, develop plan and ultimately present plan recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients • Oversee campaign implementation, optimization, and performance of campaign activities • Manage all partner-specific budget allocation, optimization, media partnership programs and added value details
• 2+ years working within the digital media space preferred • Digital media buying experience • Knowledge of inventory management system such as MediaOcean Prisma • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects • Strong time-management and organizational skills • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors • Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Strong written, verbal communication and negotiation skills. Good presentation skills a plus • Experience analyzing data and market research
