📋 Description

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means of contact • Quickly assess users’ issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution • Document resolution-specific information and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area • Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management • Serve as the primary Call Center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program • Field requests including card activation, program eligibility, benefit explanations, and troubleshooting submission rejections • Work 40 hours per week under moderate supervision across available shifts

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Pharmacy Technician experience required • HIPAA certified • Call center experience required (3+ years preferred) • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) • Ability to work 40 hours per week • Must reside in the United States, the same country where the job is located
