📋 Description

• Develop and deliver content according to client strategy and branding objectives • Author/support publication and presentation of product and disease state information in support of client strategy • Create and present content in a variety of media • Critically review technical and scientific reports from external sources for content development • Review clinical regulatory documents and common technical documents to ensure regulatory compliance • Identify, develop, recommend and/or negotiate scientifically sound, creative solutions for clients' critical business needs • Interact directly with clients to ensure objectives are met • Collaborate with internal scientists and partners • Establish, maintain, and direct interactions with relevant key opinion leaders • Participate in meetings and negotiations with key opinion leaders • Partner with clients and KOLs to create advisory board materials and facilitate meetings when required • Develop and implement compliant strategies and frameworks for communicating scientific, pipeline, or clinical insights • Establish global best practices regarding systems enhancement, usage, and training • Provide scientific expertise on product strategy, disease narratives, study design, and scientific rationale in clinical studies • Provide regular updates to Head of Medical on project, client status, and resource needs • Work with Client Services as client liaison for content development • Provide project status updates to Client Services and identify potential changes or delays • Support Marketing in developing content-related pitch materials and proposals • Contribute scientific knowledge to proposal development • Accompany Marketing and Client Services to pitch meetings • Maintain awareness of the medical environment and potential new products and clients • Create market assessments and share findings in internal marketing strategy meetings • Inform Marketing of scope changes to contracted work

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of medical communications agency experience • PhD (preferred) or PharmD with a relevant concentration • Experience developing scientific platforms • Relevant therapeutic background • Strong knowledge of medical information resources and how to access and extract key information • Strong team player willing to work in an environment where individual initiative and accountability to the team are required • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively • Solutions-oriented, with excellent organizational skills • Ability to travel for representation of company at client meetings, advisory boards, medical or industry conferences, pitch presentations, and other meetings as needed • Must reside within the country where this role is posted to be eligible for this remote job opportunity
