• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education • 5+ years of successful sales experience • Minimum of 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales • Strong preference for candidates with experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs) • Proven success in capturing market share • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is preferred. • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (approx. 4.5 days/week in field)
