📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans • Provide virtual outpatient therapy to patients ages 7–21, primarily ages 12–26 • Treat patients with autism, mild IDD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizoaffective disorder, and major depressive disorder • Collaborate with psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and other members of the care team • Provide 30–60 minute appointments at the clinician’s discretion • Complete 60 minutes of administrative time per day • Work with onsite staff and a multidisciplinary outpatient community mental health team • Deliver behavioral health care to underserved communities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT • Active Michigan LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license preferred • Availability for 40 hours per week during EST • Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels • Experience and passion working with adults diagnosed with autism and IDD, with comorbid mental health diagnoses • Telehealth experience preferred • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory • Must have passed the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination to gain clinical licensure
