📋 Description

• Conduct individual assessments • Develop and monitor treatment plans • Provide therapy services to patients ages 12+ • Connect patients with essential community resources • Document patient services accurately and in real time in electronic health records • Use standardized assessment tools • Apply diagnostic skills to support high-quality care • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives • Deliver virtual behavioral health care to underserved communities

🎯 Requirements

• Active independent LCSW or LPC license in Texas required • Minimum of 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience following issuance of an independent LCSW or LPC license • Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience • Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm CST • Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 12+ • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory • Must have passed the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination to gain clinical licensure • Strong diagnostic skills • Ability to use standardized assessment tools • Ability to document patient services accurately and in real time in electronic health records
